SUPPLE MIST OIL-LESS ANTI-RUST
- Wide range of applications, from die-making to molding New type of vaporizable rust reventive
- PRTR-compliant, Organic-Solvent Poisoning Prevention Rules inapplicable.
- Prevention effective for approximately six months
FEATURES:
– Three to five shots of injection are sufficient after the start of molding work,
which significantly reduces required set-up time of the dies.
PRODUCT PROPERTIES:
- Does not contain nitrite or nitrate compounds, such as dicyclohexylammonium nitrite, and is a safe product because its toxicity is negligible.
- SUPPLE MIST conforms to standards specified by the Food Sanitation Actand Notification No. 370 of 1959 on food and additives issued by theMinistry of Health and Welfare (now Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare).
OPERATING TEMPERATURE RANGE:
- Normal temperature to 100°C
- SUPPLE MIST consists of materials that do not have an adverse influenceon plastic materials.
- Therefore, SUPPLE MIST has little adverse effect on products if SUPPLE MISTis adhered to the products, thus not causing solvent cracks or other types of damage.
