DESCRIPTION :

MP-240 neat cutting oil designed for very hard machining operations on ferrous metals. Particularly suitable for machining operations on carbon steels, high alloy steels and stainless steels. Excellent anti-wear and extreme pressure performance, preventing the formation of built-up edges and increasing the life time of the equipment.

APPLICATION :

• MP-240 is a low viscosity, neat cutting oil based on the highest quality virgin mineral base oils and lubricity additives. It is a water-white colour and does not stain yellow metals, such as brass or copper. Due to its low odour, this product is extremely acceptable to operators.

• The very low viscosity, combined with enhanced lubricity, is designed for applications requiring a good flushing action, along with good wettability and heat removal properties. MP-240 was developed for general machining applications on cast iron, but can also be used for machining non-ferrous metals such as aluminium.
