PRODUCT DESCRIPTION :

MP-21H rubber mold release agents and silicone mold release agents for every company’s needs. For solutions to your rubber and silicone mold release problems you can rely on the MP-21H. MP21-H is a high concentration mould oil for general site and precast yard use that achieves the highest quality concrete finish in most situations. Release is achieved by the mould oil forming a physical barrier between the formwork surface and the concrete. Surfactants help to eliminate blowholes and provide a clean uniform and non-stained surface.

APPLICATION :

• Apply by spray, brush or swab prior to each concrete pour, and as near to time of placement of concrete as practical conditions permit.
• Timber and other porous forms which have not been treated with ADOSEAL or other suitable sealer should initially be treated with a double coat of ADOSTRIKE- the first applied heavily and allowed to stand for maximum absorption before the second is applied in normal manner.
• On vertical forms any excess material accumulating at the bottom of the form should be removed.
