PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

AR-118 (ANTI-CORROSION PREVENTIVE GREEN)

Anti-Corrosion Preventive Coating was developed specifically for the protection of

metal mould from corrosion and rust. The formula contained corrosion inhibitors that will

adhere firmly on the metal surface at normal room temperature and will quickly dry to a

waxy coating for rust protection. If spray properly it will not penetrate into the ejector pins

holes to enable clean parts to be ejected out.

PRODUCT PROPERTIES:

The product is colored green for easy identification to differentiate between sprayed and unsprayed surfaces.

It can be easily removed by Mold Cleaner Formula 900 Easy Clean or any suitable solvent that is available.

DIRECTION OF USE:

Adjust spraying distance to give good and even coverage.
While spraying move the can from left to right, start from top and move to bottom.
For better anti-rust protection spray thicker coating.
If surface covered with water droplets, it is important to remove them before applying AR-118.

CAUTION:

Contents under pressure. Do not spray near any fire or sparkling point.
Do not store or expose the container in places with temperature above 40ºC. Do not pierce or burn the container.
Use in good ventilation areas.
Avoid breathing the vapor.
Before discarding the empty can, puncture the can with metal nail to release pressure, do this in well ventilated places.
Do not use on running or hot engines. Keep out of reach of children.
