Metalform (Non Silicone Mould Release Agent)
Metaform 101 – the release performance is superior and second manufacturing to the molded products (like painting) is possible. Natural oil based.
Metaform 107 – the release performance is superior for polycarbonated product. Natural oil + synthetic oil.
Metaform 307 – the dregs caused particularly by natural oil come out little and the influence to the products is a little.
Natural oil + synthetic oil.
New Dry Powder (Anti-Rust)
This is powdery dry type and doesn’t contain any oil. When you want to decrease the shot loss greatly, it is most effective. In case of the parts,you put them into the vinyl bag or something, spray New Dry into it and shut it tightly.It is not necessary to spray it direct on parts.
Spot PP (Clear/Black)
It is a surface treatment which can be also used for the polypropylene product. This agent vanishes the gloss of the weld line and embossing & frosting on the plastic product.
