AR – 118 Green Anti-Rust (Anti Corrosion Preventive)
Anti-Corrosion Preventive Coating was developed specifically for the protection of
metal mould from corrosion and rust. The formula contained corrosion inhibitors that will
adhere firmly on the metal surface at normal room temperature and will quickly dry to a
waxy coating for rust protection. If spray properly it will not penetrate into the ejector pins
holes to enable clean parts to be ejected out.
AR – 119 Anti-Rust (White / Blue )
AR-119 was developed as a protective agent for metal moulds against rust, moisture and corrosive vapors. The formula contained corrosion inhibitors that will adhere firmly on the metal surface at normal temperature to give a waxy film which forms a barrier against oxidative, acidic and alkali environment.
Depo-Riser (Mould Repairer)

F1 Mould Release Agent (Silicone / Non-Silicone)
High performance products for lubricants, Release agent, Protect, Waterproof, Anti-rust to the machines and moulds.
F2 Mould Cleaner (Plastic & Metal Cleaning)
Specially blended to dissolve and remove heavy grease, wax, oil, dirt and other contaminants on metal parts, uneven surfaces and areas not easily accessible.
F3 Penetrating Oil (Multi Purpose Lubricant Spray)
Recommended to tap & protect metal from corrosion and rust. The formula contains corrosion inhibitors that will adhere firmly to the metal and quickly dry at room temperature. The sot sealant on the surface is to prevent penetration of water or moisture. It is highly effective as a lubricant as well as stops squeaks and easily removed with MP-18 cleaner.
F3 Spray Grease

Formula 700 (Non-Silicone Mould Release)
Non-Silicone Mold Release SL-17 was developed as a non-silicone release agent suitable for precision injection and compression moulding for thermoplastic and some thermoset materials.
Formula 800 Silicone Base (UL Approved Mould Release)
Formula 800 uses a paintable silicone as the release agent. It contained an organomodified polysiloxane and uses a non-CFC propellant. The finished product is CFC free.
Light Stopper (Gas Remover)
The gasified regin adhering to the surface of the metal mould,
are removed easily.
LUB-1000 (Heavy Duty Lubricant)
RM19.80Special formulated lubricant which exhibits excellent performance under conditions of extreme pressure and loading. It is specially developed for use on mechanical parts. It is a highly effective lubricant that helps eliminate friction & prolong parts usage.
Metalform (Non Silicone Mould Release Agent)
Metaform 101 – the release performance is superior and second manufacturing to the molded products (like painting) is possible. Natural oil based.
Metaform 107 – the release performance is superior for polycarbonated product. Natural oil + synthetic oil.
Metaform 307 – the dregs caused particularly by natural oil come out little and the influence to the products is a little.
