PRODUCT DESCRIPTION :

• Air Cooler aluminium tubes converse compressed air into two air-flow,which can produce sub-zero (-0’C) air in industrial spot cooling and cold air provide effective cooling for most dry machining operations and allow increases in feed rates and extending tools life.

APPLICATION :

• Used in milling, drilling, turning and other metal working operations.
• Plastics slitting and machining of plastics, woods and other material.
• Cool plastic machine parts and molded plastic.
• Surface grinding, drill and tools sharpening.
• Cool-welding horns on ultrasonic, solder, heat shrink tubing, extrusion and electronic components.

INSTALLATION :

• Air Cooler is directed using the flexible tubing. A magnetic base for portability and easy mounting of the adjustable Air Cooler.
